Black Ice Software provides technical support for Free Software such as the Tiff Viewer & Browser Plug-In and Impact ColorFax Lite only through online resources such as our F.A.Q section and Online Forum. You must have a licensed copy of a product to receive technical support.

Guidelines to submit technical support questions.

  • Detailed description of your environment such as:
  • CPU speed and memory used.
  • Operating System: Windows 7, Vista, XP.
  • Operating System language edition, for example: Chinese.
  • Fax or Voice Board or Modem name. In some cases, model number. Internal or external device.
  • Product name such as Impact Fax Server, Voice Server etc.
  • The version number of the product, date of purchase, or invoice number.
  • Detailed description of the problem.
